This handbook contains information that concerns the proper day-to-day management and running of the POREEN project. It aims at promoting quality assurance.
The following quality assurance aspects are covered in this handbook and are concerned with: Responsibilities of all those involved in project activities; regular internal and external monitoring processes and activities; reporting procedures; deliverable review and submission procedures; external review procedure; risk assessment and risk management; communication flow.
